「50才からのライフデザインを考える」まさしく私も同じようなことを考えております。
女性でも、やっぱり急に自分の時間ができると、悩んでしまうものなんですね。
長い人生の棚卸しという言葉。
なんか重要な言葉に感じました。
私はまだ、30歳なので同じ立場では語れないのですが、60歳以降の第2の人生を
楽しんでもらえるような、お手伝いができないものかと考えているところです。
定年のある男性には仕事柄、お話をお聞きする機会が多くあるのですが、女性の方には
なかなかお聞きする機会がないので、色々と教えてください。
私のイメージでは、年配の女性はとても元気だなぁと感じるのに対して、男性は生きがいを失って急に老け込んでいく方が多いと思っているんです。
実際はどうなのか？
もう少し研究しないと・・・！
